My bulbs emit 15% UVB @ around 40-watts, and the ones used in the research were even lower.
It's only 25% uvaLook.... I've only seen the data which supports the 280-315 nm wavelength for increased THC-levels/trichome-density. It's also what I use.... no UVA.
And @ 54-watts at 320-390 nm.... it's no wonder your ladies got toasted
Stick to UVB.
~
I'm @ 15% UVB from a 40-watt.... and I consider that on the high side. So 25% UVA is definitely overkill. Heck.... any is overkill in my grows. It's only 25% uva
Yeah that would mean that your THC levels were even lower than they would have been @ baseline - without the UV.No, more of a redder look from being uv baked
Im just gonna bump this for anyone who missed it.
I suppose that could work. I use LED lighting for my grows, but I like running 280-315 nm as a dedicated source. More control.WHAT ABOUT uv & iv IN led'S ?
yeah, that's right... I'm doing it right now...my reason for bringing this...I'm in DC doing this for over 20 yrs indoors and outside...USDA certified...WHAT ABOUT uv & iv IN led'S ?
And which research indicated that high-output UVA was a proven method of increasing THC -content?I did some extensive research before making a purchase.
I already posted the peer-reviewed research which clearly demonstrates otherwise. That's not up for debate.I can assure you that herbs is just as strong with or without.
Riveting.... so where's the research demonstrating that the high-output UVA @ 54-watts from your "mix" does anything other than burn trichs? It's a mix, not just UVA smart guy.
lol.... Did you read anything I posted?Did you look at what my bulbs are?
Nice.... that makes 2 of us.I speak from application and trial not just reading.
