I run small batches using Everclear Approx 18 g trim
20 second soak
30 second swish
Triple Filter
Cook @ 110 deg
Finish purge @ 150 deg
Move to parchment

Take all your shavings and put it in parchment and tempur it back into a slab.Very nice, how do you get such a thick slab ? I have to razor my shit out and its like powder, that later ends up in a ball looking like TAR...
Also try to start scrapping before its super dry and crusty. Makes it easier to consolidate also. I pretty much start scrapping once i tilt the pyrex and nothing oozes around anymore.Take all your shavings and put it in parchment and tempur it back into a slab.

has anyone ever tried once its nice and thick and still workable put it on parchment paper inside a vacuum chamber for a couple hours ?
Ehhh maybe but not by much. It only takes a couple hours to cook off doing it with a pyrex and a hot plate.do you think purging on parchment would be quicker and easer than heat evaporation ?just trying to figure this shit out in my head
