with a quicker wash it will be lighter. 10 second wash
you did yours wrong and different. lol

the wash on the left was a 10-12 sec shake, the right was maybe 18-20 seconds.

Everything has to be frozen overnight, alcohol, bud, jars, and strainers to get the clear top shelf extract. Try partially dry bud, it tastes like the 80$ a gram live resin you can get from dispensaries but you get much less if your bud isnt crumble dry.

Small batches are best. That way if the cat knocks over the Christmas tree onto the spaceheater, you dont waste everything one one big bad batch. Small bad batches dont hurt as bad...

washed some more. this was a 60 second wash. ill filter it in the frezer again in the morning and put it through the still. the second picture is an overlay with the 20 second wash which was from yesterday for a comparison

really? i see them both with a green hue.
what im thinking is a longer wash of 60 seconds and then filter in the freezer wont "hurt" appearance (itsmokesjustfine).

Very good... you can clearly see the difference only 5 to 10 seconds makes... its a stripper... it works fast

seen a lot of everclear ones how about iso what yall prefer I did a 5 min shake came out really good not top shelf but better then a lot of had been getting also did some with 20sec 50 sec 75 sec 1 min 5 min 10 min boy that 10 min was DARK green

Everclear is the way to go and you are rinsing way too long and youre pulling chlorophyll into the solution. I would never go for more than 30 seconds tops leaving the plant material in the stripper

More like... dump all the material and booze in the jar... shake hard... then strain in under 30 seconds. You bring the ingredients together then separate the ingredients in under 30 second... if you let the material sit for 30 seconds then that wouldnt be 30 seconds TOTAL in the stripper.
