Yes I just had to try it at least once to see if I got the knack..hopefully it's not a failed experiment
oops the baby pic lmao.I’m not using co2 and getting “dense fat nugs”
sure they aren’t rock hard dense but they most certainly are not airy at all, they are compact nugs.
It’s genetics mainly, and then light and vitamins.
We waiting. It's brewing.. im getting the itch again lol. Plan is to fire up again in Sept, but might pop some beans before then. I've still got the wedding crasher too so this one will likely be a hodge podge of genetics. Proper shit show.
I would inquire about your regimen and salt verses organic and the specifics... I've had salt mixture especially that produce plenty of THC crystization but lacking potent smell and complexity... Just not the entire potential expressed...A pic says a thousand words, Like the one you showed me the other day , I doubt your issue c02, but if your lucky it might band aid your real issues to an extent , but what do I know, I got the wack job friends and don't know how to grow as you kindly informed me, this is a funny post, good luck
Almost totally equal. Was surprising. And I think I prefer the stuff grown under LED.I was wondering what was the diff in g/m2?
LED can be a bitch to adjust to at first but once you get it dialed in i have a hard time understanding why someone would switch back.Almost totally equal. Was surprising. And I think I prefer the stuff grown under LED.
Salts is all about managing irrigation thats all. But i do drink unicorn piss, eat unicorn farts and shit rainbowsSalt Excell on the front end of the growth and lacking in the end... Unless maybe your Aquaman.
think the biggest thing is up front cost and reliability of Drivers & DiodesLED can be a bitch to adjust to at first but once you get it dialed in i have a hard time understanding why someone would switch back.
I mean lighting is definitely situational and im not blind enough to say LED fits all but its fits more often than not i feel.
Yup but if you grown under HPS all your life switching can be a bitch even if you think your preparedthink the biggest thing is up front cost and reliability of Drivers & Diodes
1000w HPS bulbs are 20-100$?
but then you get electricity savings from efficient diodes and more PAR for less wattage, THEN less Cooling could be needed, and then more savings in that.
Well I was going to say that also... GoodSalts is all about managing irrigation thats all. But i do drink unicorn piss, eat unicorn farts and shit rainbowslol. Not that it helps anything
Don’t believe me?

Understood, I’ve been seeing that lolYup but if you grown under HPS all your life switching can be a bitch even if you think your prepared
Took me about half a grow to figure out where I was fuckin up. You pointed it out first, too much too soon is easy to do with LED. Also the plant seemed to eat a bit more under LED as well as transpire a bit less, so you need to play with vpd to dial it in. But honestly I've seen enough to convert. I will still say a DEHPS has a place if you can benefit from the heat. Barring that, LED is a clear winning choice.Yup but if you grown under HPS all your life switching can be a bitch even if you think your prepared
Yeah but you are far from the average bear my friend… most take at least a grow or 2 and some even give up and say fuck LED like its the next big religion lol… im glad i started under LED. I did a 1000w HPS at a buddies and yeah that learning curve goes both ways lolTook me about half a grow to figure out where I was fuckin up. LED makes you really look at all the other variables more closely, i found anyway. Its like driving a stick shift sports car when you're used to a Ford Taurus compared to HID. It can go wrong a lot easier, but can also outperform in the hands of an experienced driver.Yeah but you are far from the average bear my friend… most take at least a grow or 2 and some even give up and say fuck LED like its the next big religion lol… im glad i started under LED. I can't do hps in summer and led is too cold for winter. My best buds are mix as needed.Took me about half a grow to figure out where I was fuckin up. Good chance mine are too. The buds labeled "LED" in my stash are actually half 50/50 LED/HPS grown, and half pure LED. More research needs to be done. I do think the plants that got both did the best.I can't do hps in summer and led is too cold for winter. My best buds are mix as needed.
The spectral info is starting to take off… thats where all that magic with quality is going to come from imo.Good chance mine are too. Plants seem to love the mix. I'm straight led now but the buds are about the same as mix.Good chance mine are too. The buds labeled "LED" in my stash are actually half 50/50 LED/HPS grown, and half pure LED. More research needs to be done. I do think the plants that got both did the best.
