I like the pecan best ! Prolly light apple next ! Up north I would use sassafras after soakin if goodYou have my respect. Do you use pecan wood? That's my go too. I use hickory and apple wood as well but mixed in with pecan wood depending on the meat. Of course slow and low.🍽
