I understand there is a time difference but what I'm asking has nothing to do with that. You said he looked at the panels, is there a problem or not ? Your post isn't very clear. You said he looked at it and MAYBE there is a problem. If he looked at the panels shouldn't he know if something is wrong ? And another thing, is he fixing the lights or am I getting replacements.

Hi Eastcoastjoe,

If we don't have time difference, I may talk with him directly onlone at all the time, but because the huge time difference, everytime I only can leave messages, and wait for reply, it can't be so efficient. :sweating:

Yes he had checked the panels, but he replied me in that way, I am not sure either what problem is with the light. But yes joe don't worry, he said he would update very soon, if the one light has problem, we will give you one new panel, if two lights have probelm, we will give you two new panels. Please wait a while, I'm exactly like you, we are both waiting for the reply from the shop .

I just don't understand why the answer to everything is I have to wait. This is not my fault and I have waited long enough. It's been 15 days since I mailed those lights to you why do I have to continue to be inconvenienced because your too cheap to use a real repair shop ? This shit is a joke, I'm a paying customer with a issue you won't make right but meanwhile your here giving things away for free ? I paid for two lights , I want my lights. Stop playing games and send me what's mine. If your not going to replace them just say it and stop wasting my time.

:opps::opps::cry::cry: I know how you feel, but we are not fooling you, if the shop lets us to wait, I can't do anything either, there might be some other lights with probelms, so he needs to spend some time.

Trust me I'm just like you, I would love to get a reply asap, but for now, please just wait till he gives me reply. And as I promised you, if one light has probelm, we ship one new panel to you, and return your fine light back ; If two lights have probelm, we will ship two new panels for you. Many people are following us in the thread, do you think I can fool you? My face is like this now:sweating::sweating::sweating::cry::cry::cry:, trust me.

Hi Eastcoastjoe,

At this moment, we are sure there is one light with little problem, I have asked the repair shop about the situation of the second light, but they didn't reply to me yet, they should reply to me on this weekend or next week. So for now, we don't want you to wait more, I will ship one new panel for you first, later I will let you know about the solution for the second light when I get reply.

Sorry again for all the inconvenience before, there might be misunderstanding, I also made mistake. But I still would like to say , Mars Hydro company is still young, but we r a responsible company and always try the best to help every customer.

I will arrange the shippment for you now :)

Wish you good harvest with the new model of Mars II 400W. :)

Sure my friend :D

the big sword one is La Lybella from dutch passion, very high bud the lower gear are very short :sweating:

the right ones are clones from ak47 and liberty haze, just put it in :party1:

and in the back we have jack47, power flower , and critical


but i hope with the new lights the plants are gonna much bigger :kiss:
