As for the repair let me explain this one more time, i don't know what causing those misunderstanding, but we do pay for repair for your lights, which is stated in our warranty clearly, within three months, all costs for repair is paid by us, in the first year we provide one-way shipping and repair, you only need to pay one-way shipping fee and we take care of the rest, in the second year we provide free repair service and some parts regarding the repair situation.
in your case if we can make sure it's the driver problem, we will ship a new one to you directly, no need to ship back and forth of course that is on condition that you agree to do that yourself, if you don't want to do that, just a word we will have our center colleague hanlde it for you no worries at all.
As for the price, we do our best to price our lights at affordable price to suit the majority of growers' needs, a lot of people need to grow for medical reasons some of them don't have access to those lights whose price is 3-4 times higher than ours. we can make less profits as long as our lights are helpful, we do business yes, but this is not only about business, we are seller while we are buyer at the same time, so trust me, I totally understand your frustration when lights go wrong, that's why we are perfecting our service.
