i mixed my nutes to a full system before i put my plants in adding cal mag to the uc roots and veg A and veg B then added ph down to get from 7-5.4 or so now its at 6.1 but holding steady since this morning co2 is at 1000 ppm i can only set it to 1000,1250,or 1500 but it will get me by for now temp is at 81 without the ac on still waiting for the remote but its not needed right now i will see what it drops to tonight when the lights shutoff should only drop to around 70 i have been giving them hand water to from time to time to reinsure they dont go dry but it seems that the net pots are staying moist with condensation on the sides of them first time in water and loving it for now we will see what i encounter throughout the rest of the journey with the UC i will post photos later after lights go out

Whats the filter infront of the pump on the Current Culture system?
Would it be required for a 4 bucket layout (250gph pump)?

Sorry, didnt mean to high jack just questions that are not worth making a thread over.

i have a comfort aire mini split and its throwing a error code p2 the model #is b-vmh24sc-1 anyone know what this is i looked everywhere online with no prevail if not ill call the manufacturer tm when they open

not much changed today love watchng grass grow a few roots were starting to suck up water i hand watered them a few times and put the water level up a little more

i have some brown spotting ona few of theleaves that had started when they were in the cloner im thinking that it is a cal mag deficiency i had added 1ml a gal when i mixed the nutes in the system but today i added another 100ml to try and bump it up a little the ppm had started to drop some before and the roots are dropping in every bucket i had pulled a few roots thru the net pots but the ones i didnt pull any thru seemed to be doing better and the ones i did pull thru were a little brown not alot though i thought maybe from touching them the ac isnt working right now my ac guy thinks a little moisture was in the system possibly and the freon is freezing it so im getting a filter tm to get the moisture out and going to refill the system it gets up to 84 degrees in there and drops to 76 degrees i want to keep it at around 78 in there for now wondering if there heat stressed out going from 70 degrees to 84 have a little curling on the leaves that looked like they had cal mag deficiency ill take a few pics and see what everyone says long ways to go still but its worth the wait

Sounds like a cal issue... What nutrient line r u using ? And ro or tap water? Using uc roots (great stuff) ?...I got the same symptoms this run around 10 days in the system.. I was running ro and .5 ml gal of cal with ionic grow.... I started using straight tap water at,60-70 ppm and 1ml /gal of cal and it cleared up..."also switched to the cs line... They seem to love it!

im running cs nutes and ro mixed with about 20%tap and i added 1 ml gal of cal mag when i added all the nutes i went by there schedule when i mixed the nutes then td i added another 100 ml of cal mag just to make sure i had enough my tap water is at like 84ppm

I mix my nutes as if there is only 8-10 gallons per bucket and that goes down as you get root mass..at the end you may have less than 5 gallons per bucket just based on the displacement of the water by the roots...On an 8 site 13 gallon I figure a max of 72-80 gallons of water in the system on its first day and then it decreases the entire time.....so then I do my nute calculations on the 72 or so gallons and then cut in half....So if it says I need 300ml of grow or bloom for 72 gallons, I start with 150ml, same all the way down with the other ammends...then I use the bloom and the Pk boosters to bump the ppms up if needed...If you mix your nutes for a full system, like 140 gallons, your in trouble

even if im just starting the system up i added what they said and i added 1 ml gal of cal mag i had also mixed my ro with a little tap water from seeing posts on here im using cs nutes and im also wondering when to add back nutes after they drop when i added everything it was at 250 ppm but dropped to around 240 ppm after 3 days and roots are shootting thru i also added 100 ml of cal mag td cause it seemed i had a deficiency i have the 12 bucket 13 gal
