NPK*Which NOK? The 2-0-0?

So how much should I mix into 1 gallon of water ? Also I'm using FFOF soilThat is what I use in my coco grow, sparingly. The label says 5ml/GA and I think that may be ok for fresh coco but definitely lower later ( for me. My well water has little or no calcium AFAIK. )
If you get carried away with the CalMag - it will lock up multiple other elements and create a difficult diagnostic case. There are a few fundamental elements that are required but become toxic or inert if you start listening to the nutrient vendors and "kick it up a notch" on sensitive strains. I've found that Indicas are tolerant of my stupidity and take more abuse than my cherished Sativas.
And I meant to say I will have 265 watt lights on the left and right side of the 10 facing towards the plant and then one 260 watt light over top in the center basically putting between all three lights it would be a total of 395 possibly 400 overall watts of full spectrum light is that good?So how much should I mix into 1 gallon of water ? Also I'm using FFOF soil
and while we were talking about stuff I was wondering right now I'm only going to grow two plants at a time in my tent I have the blurple light which pools 240w full spectrum and then the more square-shaped light lower on the right is a 65 watt more red spectrum so I just ordered one more of the 65 watt lights so I will have one 65 watt on each side tilting towards the middle and then the blurple light center up higher do you think that would be a good amount of light for 2 plants?
So I got my ph tester and other tester whatever it's called I'm familiar with how to use the pH tester but I'm pretty confused on how to use the TDS testerDo you think this bundle with suffice?View attachment 970426

What ppm am I looking to maintain? And also just training my plants and say this meutfull thing ha can you guess what I'm talking about? It works the exact same way. Calibrate it in distilled water. And then just dip and read. It will jump +/- 20-40 ppm on my cheapo 20$ one. But it gives you a good idea.
Do you add the cal mag in with your nuets? Or do you feed them the cap mag seperetly? What PPM to keep is the golden question. Simple answer, less is more.
It depends on the nutrients you are using. Not all PPMs are equally as "hot".
If I add only the Bloom and Micro (the required) Remo nutrients, I might be able to put it to 600 and be very safe. But then I may add MagnifiCal, AstroFlower, NaturesCandy, VeloKelp. In theory, all these different things are not supposed to interfere with each other. They consist of different stuff, and as long as their own individual concentrations are not too high, they should not be a problem. But each one I add adds it's own ppm. So if I am adding all that stuff the PPM may go up to 1200-1300. But only about 600 of them are from N-P-K
As a rule of thumb, using only the core nutrients, I would do the following.
Seedling: 0-50ppm
First few nodes: 50-200
Late Veg: 200-300
Early Flower: 300-500
Late Flower: 300-400
Flush: 0
This is just my own rough guestimation. But I have only ever used a couple of different brands of nutrients and my grows have never been perfect. So how knows.

I only water it once the soil isThat's fresh foxfarm I doubt there's any deficiencies. Looks like you're keeping it too wet? That will start locking things out after a while

My opinion is you're keeping it too wet, aka over-watering, good luckI only water it once the soil is
Should I turn my humidifier off or down at night?Looks to me like you might have a heat stress issue coupled with water on the fan leaves in the light
