2 strains i love, nice. I bet it is great smoke.

Better safe than sorry. Id rather go to jars too soon than too late. I wanted to ride it to 14 days if i could this time to see how it would go. Most still needed to be burped at least once a day for a week or two.

The Juan Herer is a really nice smoke, good solid hit, but not couch lock, has a bit of a diesel crossed with top end two stroke motorcycle oil taste to it when you inhale, exhale leaves a sort of lemon pith after taste in your mouth, and it stinks when you torch it, the whole street knows when you bong it in your back yard. lol

Juan Herer (4) , week 5 of flower.

Juan Herer (5) Week 2 of flower, suffering a calmag def, but that will settle down by the end of the week, after the stretch slows.

I just did 60/60/10. I was shooting for 14 days but the buds were getting crispy and the stems still bendable. I didn’t want to over dry them, so I put them in the jars a little early. Hasn’t been a problem though. They have been parked at 55-60%rh since they went in there. Burped everyday for the first week, and every few days since. The
smell keeps getting better. This Wednesday will be three weeks in the jars and I’ll consider the cure done.

Drying and curing is harder than growing the dam stuff LOL

We're doing an experiment next time we have a bit of trim to go at, going to cure the trim just like we do with the buds, and then chuck it in the ice bucket see if it's any better tasting, we live in hope. What do to get the water out and improve the taste @Ecompost. I've no doubt at all that the ice buckets reclaim more trykes than dry sifting, the end results are visually obvious when you do a side by side test, and the ice bucket can reclaim trykes from plant matter after it's been dry sifted , it's just the ice bucket taste.

Welcome back folks. And it's all on cruise control at the minute, the Juan Herer 5 has just finished week 2 and putting some colour back into it's leaves, by week three it will be as green as the Juan Herer 4. The Critcical Kush is sailing along, nearly cork screw buds all the way down, and still has 4 weeks left to go, would be nice if we get two jars from it this time, we'll find out in 4 weeks time. :)

Critical Kush.
PH 5.8 before.
PH 5.8 after.
PPM 633 before.
PPM 704 after.
Added.
10ml Cannazyme = 10
2ml Agent = 32
2ml A and B Flores = 29

Juan Herer (4)
PH 5.9 before.
PH 5.8 after.
PPM 635 before.
PPM 704 after.
Added.
10ml Cannazyme = 10
2ml Agent = 29
2ml A and B Flores = 30

Juan Herer (5)
PH 6.0 before.
PH 5.8 after.
PPM 483 before.
PPM 593 after.
Added.
10ml Cannazyme = 10
3ml Agent = 44
4ml A and B Flores = 56

And that's this weeks round up, keep tokin folks. :smoking:

As another week slips into the past, never to be seen again, the plants plough on. The Critical Kush is heading into week 7, the Juan Herer (4) is into week 7 of flower, and the Juan Herer(5) is starting week 4, all looking good, apart from the Critical Kush which is a little yellow, don't go away for a couple of days and leave your plants on their own, they will pine for you. lol

Critical Kush. Week 6
PH 5.8 before.
PH 5.8 after.
PPM 672 before.
PPM 708 after.
Added.
2ml A and B flores = 36

Juan Herer (4) Week 6

PH 5.8 after.
PPM 493 before
PPM 590 after.
Added.
1ml Agent = 18
10ml Cannazyme = 10
5ml A and B Flores = 69

Juan Herer (5) Week 3
PH 5.8 after.
PPM 677 before.
PPM 709 after.
Added.

Right then, just got back from a few days away, and I have to say, the plants don't look bad for it. The Critical Kush and the Juan Herer (4) have just finished 8 weeks in flower, the other Juan Herer (5) has just finished week 5, so we're bumbling along.

PH 5.8 after.
PPM 683 before.
PPM 683 after.
Nothing added.

Juan Herer (4)
PH 5.8 before.
PH 5.8 after.
PPM 722 before.
PPM 722 after.
Nothing added.

Juan Herer (5)
PH 5.6 before.
PH 5.8 after.
PPM 513 before.
ppm 598 after.
Added.
10ml Cannazyme = 10
1ml Agent = 31
4ml A and B Flores = 44

And that's this weeks update, keep tolkin folks. :smoking:

And here we are once again, the Critical Kush (4) is now in flush, the Juan Herer (4) looks like it's going for another week, and you know when you bash up your PPM's when your going away for a week, think I may have burnt the tips. lol The other Juan Herer (5) has a little burn to, but not to worry, life goes on.

Critical Kush (4)
FLUSH.

Juan Herer (4)
Meter showed 668ppm, so left this at 668.

Juan Herer (5)
PH 5.8
PPM 598

And there goes another week, keep tokin folks. :smoking:

Well it's been a busy month, the plants are getting on with it. The Critical Kush is down and hung, did quite well, two coat hangers this time. lol The Juan Herer's are doing fine, soon the whole grow will be the same stain, it seems to top out faster than the Critical Kush, so two Critical Kush's are waiting in veg to go in when one of the Juan herer's flower out, so alls good, apart from one of the Juan Herer's burnt a little, strange thing is that this plant started in flower with a PPM of around 700, but the other JH is twice the size and was started on 500'ish PPM, and was a smaller cutting, so there's the evidence, don't push your plants to hard.

This is the Critical Kush, hung on two hangers, may make 4oz, nearly double what it produced last time round, so not to bad, but we'll have to wait and see what it makes when it's dry.

A bit of rough saved, and will be dried for siffted hash, love a bit of hash.

This is Juan Herer (6) Just put into flower today, so day one of flower, and has the usual 5.8 PH, and 558PPM to start her off.

This is the Juan Herer (5) It's on week 8 of flower and is just starting to push a few amber trikes out, another week or so and it will be put into flush.

The Juan Herer (4) went is in flush, so another is about to meet the rack. This plant did not like being left on it's own while you go away for a week, but it should smoke the same. lol

And that's it, keep tolking folks. :smoking:
