This. After my first trip to Denver I never bought any flower unless it was something impossible for me to find and grow, just concentrates and edibles. IDK what's up with dispensary weed but in all my trips I never got a bud larger than a marble with most being pea size which always told me they were selling me the larf. The shit I don't even smoke and reserve for squishing. Nearly every homegrown bud I smoke is at least thumb size when I get into it. I also think many dispensaries tumble their buds and take the first layer of trichs off to make things like moonrocks.
BTW it looks like you have your own little weed store!
Hey weird thing happened with my winches the other day. For some reason two winches reversed polarity and would go opposite the direction I wanted. Changed out receivers and winches trying to figure it out and eventually got a winch to do what it's supposed to do instead of one going up and one going down at the same time. IDK if it was the remote or what but I was very close to calling an old priest and a young priest to come exorcise the damn things

i think i got my cloner right... it took the dehidifier in my basement to run less, an air stone, and i had to put the pump on a timer running 15 min on then 30 min off/repeat... all three things got my temps right where they should be and yesterday i put three cuttings in there and tonight the stems had no slime on them at all so fingers crossed!!!!
I wish it did have a satellite dish on that spitter then I could control a robot to do all the work.

High there fellow growers, smokers, and general ganja enthusiasts. I'm new here to the THC Farmer and thought i would start a journal and introduce myself all in one. so a little about myself... i'm a fun loving ganja smokin do it yourself kind of hillbilly. i live in the sticks and i have a rifle, shotgun, and a four wheel drive, and a country boy can survive!!
I have a personal sized perpetual ganja grow. two cabinets both 4' x 4' one for veg one for flower.. the veg cab is a self irrigated planter (SIP) setup where i use 1L airpots or aircell as the mfg calls them. i use a test tube with a piece of micro fiber cloth inside to sip up the water in a pvc manifold that i keep flat on the floor with a piece of thin plywood covered in mylar on top to set the airpots on. i also keep my aeroponic cloner in the same area. i use LEDs in my veg area. they are 50watts each but i only have them at 50% so i use a total of 50w for my veg... i keep a lot of plants and grow them slow.

Those vape carts can be weird like that. You'd think 95% THC would just fuck you up with one hit but for me they don't do it. I can drain one in half a day but sometimes a strong joint will take me all day to smoke and for some reason extract in the 55-75% range seem more potent to me.
Good to read you thinking about a new grow man. I'm gonna contact you in a few weeks about sending a light and other gear out to ya and get you rolling on that project.

You know now you have me wondering if it is interference from somewhere else. Except I doubt it's kids. Probably some yuppie flying a drone or has some device that makes the winches freakout. There's a smart house next door and it's maybe 30' at most from my g/room. Sometimes they'll just go for a second or two for no reason at all. And the really weird thing is the ones that switched up & down would work fine then all of a sudden reverse direction.
Hey you mentioned RC & Traxxas and I forgot to ask what you into with all that? I was big into RC buggies and stadium trucks back in the day before I took this job then hobbies like that and skateboarding just went away as I lost time to do them. But yeah I was all into it with a RC10 Buggy, a Team Losi buggy, and the baddest one I had was a RC10 team truck with carbon fiber chassis and all the cool upgrades. That was back when the Stealth tranny was ground breaking since everything else had a gearbox but the stealth had a clutch and worked kinda like a real transmission. That was such a fun hobby. Expensive as fuck but so much fun!
Some gratuitous food porn fellas...pecan smoked beer can chicken rubbed with Deez Nuts hahahaha!!
Also got inspired by DJ and his little vertical roaster rack so I picked one up. So much easier and now my birds don't fall over!

man i have been into rc cars since a teenager... and yeah i have an rc10 here at the luv shack... a couple tamyia kits as well... but my favorite is my traxxas trx-4 rock crawler....
it's a mess from saturday, i didn't get a chance to clean it... hobbywing axe system for the motor, two speed trans, front and rear locking diffs, full off road lighting, and even a bluetooth speaker so my rig plays tunes while we crawl!!!!!!!!!
a friend has a badass coarse at his house that is over a mile long of some seriously tough terrain!!! sometimes 8 or 10 people show up with trucks!!! all smokers too so that makes it all the more fun, crawling around with six joints all being passed along!!!!
like ya say expensive as fuck but a lot of fun!!!!!!!

Man that truck is way cool! Looks like the RC game has really gone nuts since I was into it. Bluetooth speaker is just over the top cool.
My first buggy was a Tamiya Hornet. When I was in Korea I got really into it. Our camp had a small track and even a hobby store. Kyosho also had a shop in the ville where I'd buy gear and cars. One car I had over there was a Mini Cooper. I put the fastest motor I could find in it so it would haul ass as fast as a real car. It was so fast I couldn't really steer it without rolling but in a drag race it would leave my buddies cars in the dust. It was like sticking a rocket engine in DJ's tiny car

Nice score on the 550! It is such a buyers market right now on grow gear. Everybody is having sales and the finds on the used market are the best they've been in over a decade. Kinda glad I don't need anything because I'd be buying all kinds of stuff. Even on craigslist where there was once maybe 5 listings for grow gear there's now over a 100 at any given time. Now I'm trying to get rid of stuff more than upgrade anything and rather than sell I'm just looking to give it away or repurpose for something else. It's crazy but I think I have more grow gear not being used than what I am using. I could probably build 3 different grow rooms with all this stuff

I'll have to shoot some videos of us crawling,,, water, mud, rocks, trees, man nothing stops these trucks!!! and since non of us can afford a real half million dollar rock crawler we do the best we can with RC... but i know if i had a real one it would have a stereo system so my rc trucks gotta have one too!!! some of the guys have sound boxes that make realistic motor sounds and even horns!!! of coarse i have a dukes of hazzard horn on mine!!! haha
tamiya re-released all their classics recently so hornets and lunchboxes and all the classics are back!!!! i had a hornet too bro... still have some parts laying around in a box somewhere!!!
and yes sir i sure do have one of those bear claws.. i normally use that in one hand and the other hand is in a gecko glove...

and a little bit of shitty news about that 550... the seller bailed on me.. had a tracking number for a few days then got a refund out of nowhere... i'm not upset, like ya say there are so many out there it's just a matter of time... right now there are three actions that are ending next week and they're all decent deals. i'm really hoping for this bundle deal i'm working on and will sell what i don't want out of the lot.
the best part of it all is i really don't "need" one i just want one so i can wait it out for a better deal.
i gotta get the camera out, i have a couple new seedlings... the last two that i bought, purple punch and greezy.

wow man, they sure look different from the muzzle loaders i grew up with. they wern't made out of plastic that's for sure. funny thig though, i was raised up told to make fun of people using percussion cap muzzle loaders.... my pops would have said use a flint lock, pussy!! hahahaha it was easy for him to say though, cuz he could back it up with how accurate he was with a flint lock. most hunters today would never get any game if they had to use real flint lock rifles. than again most hunters today are pussies... they don't even hunt, they sit and wait for an animal to walk up to them and kill them with their modern day weapon of choice, these are not real men, they're pussies! "sit and waiters" is what i call em!!! "hunters" are alpha male real men!!! and they're ain't many of us left anymore.... sad sad sad!!!

so i'm still struggling with my cloner... i've tried an airstone, new pump, pump on a timer, raised it all up on a stilts to allow better airflow around the unit, tried different water, tried different cloning solutions and yet i still get slimy stems... i give up. i've gone back to rapid rooters and a dome.... ive lost more cuts than i can even name due to areocloners over the years.... i'll never try one of those ever again!! it just bugs me that's all.. i wish i knew why it started failing after using it for a couple years now. i mean i always had issues a couple times a year for a few weeks but i haven't been able to clone at all this year.... we're in fuckin august and no clones... wtf?!?!?!?!
so i'm gonna drop back ten and punt!

yeah the muzzleloader was a an impulse buyI’m still going ELK with my bow, I walked 3 miles today to set camera down by the lake and swamp, welll see what that finds, I know they are there, I just half to catch up to them. i don't have any muzzleloaders at all, the closest thing i have is this black powder revolver... 45cal. pussy percussion...
and i bought this cool knife from the same guy....
i'm not sure if the knife is real real or a repop but man it is razor sharp and could give a Columbian necktie in seconds!!!!!

Yeah I’ll probably use it for deer season this year, I was going to use it for elk season this year but I got some stuff moved around, so it looks like I get to go with my bow witch what I wanted to do.
