Hell yeah Doc! I still needs to get my hands on some wifi. One of the few that has still eluded me lol.

I am feeding them every 3 days. The coco is nice and moist on the 3rd day. Not too dry. I can see myself switching it up to every 2 days soon. My beds only have 5" of medium. I honestly see no point in running more than 6" of depth with the beds.

I have actually started running a new watering method and the ladies are loving it! I am giving each bed 10 gallons of just water with Floralicious plus first. I then wait about an hour and run 5 gallons of nute mix through each bed. My theory is this method will prevent any kind of buildup in the beds. I cannot remember exactly what I read, but aparently giving the plants just water before feeding allows them to soak up a bit more food. All I know is it's working lol. I would love to see photos of your bed Doc.

i have heard/read the same about the pre-watering. i'm in beds also, soil though. its def something i'm gonna try out. are you using the same amount of overall water as prior? just splitting it into 2/3 and then 1/3??

I was trying to feed once a week, but the perlite really narrows the days down.. Did you mix any perlite, or straight coco??

My reasoning is to give the roots a nice rinse then hit em with fresh nutes.. They seem to love it and I get adequate runoff this way also. That's per 3x3 bed.. I had a bunch of 3x3 trays laying around so I used them this round.. next round I am building 3.5'x4'x7" beds. The extra room in the bed will make all the difference I think.

Watering first and following with the nute mix after is by far the best method for nutrient absorption if you have the time. This is especially true with plants that are especially dry and in need of a drink.

Next round I am building 3.5'x4'x7" beds. The extra room in the bed will make all the difference I think.

The extra bit of depth and width will increase your yield quite a bit. 3x3 to 4x4 is a big jump. Next you can go 5x5 with digital ballasts that have the extra lumen boost for the last few weeks!

Well I some how got infested with root aphids. I really think they are coming in the bags of Roots Organics.. maybe not from the warehouse per say, but they are being infected at the grow shops. They definitely halted bud development for a solid 7-10 days. Fucking little bastards from hell! I got my hands on some Met52 and poked about 80 holes per bed and filled each hole up with the Met52.. It's been 3 days since then so I am hoping in about 7 more days they will start to bounce back a bit more.. Only time will tell..

Anyways, here's some photos.. All the plants are on day 43. I am taking them all to 68-70 days to help make up for any time lost from the aphids.
