💯 I've been smoking my stuff since last November and it still smells delightful and potent whenever I get into my grove bags for a jar refill and definitely still gets me high. I feel the same about the dispo weed, gets you baked, but it's short lived, sometimes too baked cause you get paranoid, then it's done... like crack or something lol. I need to smoke a couple times an hour or more to maintain a buzz with the dispo stuff, my stuff gets me baked and keeps me on a nice even keel for several hours, and I definitely get the forgetful factor, I loose my gardening tools at least 10 times a day lol. I just had my first puffle of the day, went for a few bong rips, and I'm loving life lol. As far as curb appeal, I can get mine looking pretty good, and they tighten up nicely during cure... it just takes hours of mind numbing dry trimming to get everything manicured up. Many of the big operations get thier curb appeal with automatic trimmers and tumblers that make the nugs hard while stealing trichomes for other uses... cheaters... I have to do it the old fashioned way, with tiny scissors till my hands cramp, then I just use my fingers till they are too sticky to be useful lol.

Im like that.walk outside and get halfway to my shed im like wtf have i come out here to get or do...LOL..

@TSD, yeah totally. Im planning to move indoors though. Planning out a hydro setup.
I've been contemplating building a room in my garage attic... but mostly for a winter hobby... one can only do so much snowshoeing. I don't think I'll ever completely abandon outdoor growing, even if it's just one plant.

I hear ya. I wish I had some more secluded property, but I get a lot of activity lol

Told my cousin to poop in a strainer, and water it through and catch the water to fertilize the plant with. I HAD TO TELL HIM THE TRUTH RIGHT BEFORE HE WAS ABOUT TO DO IT! Couldn’t let mi primo poo on his plant like that. XD

Has anyone done a simple comparison? Pick a hearty gal and grow like 4 of each. In and out. I don’t care about bag appeal bc that is for commercial purposes IMO. Just wanna see lab results and smoke reports. I assume the current stock of strains are mostly bred for indoor so 1 to 1 comparison would be hard. @1diesel1, how was indoor GMO compared to out?

Spectrum matters. Adjustments to nutrition required indoor vs out.

Secret grow tip. Nutrients + chemistry = weed. Talk to a chemist about your end goals and all possible ingredients involved in the metabolism of the plant your growing. I had my amino acids hand selected for me before even knowing which ones participate in the Krebs cycle. You don't need to know shit to grow the best herb. You need to know how to talk to specialists about how THEIR passions apply, not about how important your personal goals are to the universe.
Get bent.

I think my outdoor technique is unique, but then again maybe not. I ferment all my own nutrients. Homemade lactobacillus, willow tree leaves/tips fermented, sardines fermented, eggshells fermented, bananas fermented and yellow squash fermented. Urea/water 1:20, milk/water 1:10 foliar spray, blackstrap molasses/water 1:20, epsom salt/water 1:20 foliar and ground. Garden soil, peat moss, wood ash, black wood charcoal chunks, all mixed in native soil. Ground cinnamon sprinkled around plant on soil. RO water, well water and rain. I'm in zone 4, so kinda tough.
👍 ✌️

I don't use oscillating fans inside the tent. Never had a problem. But I do use a typical exhaust fan.

Should have knocked on wood. Because I got my first budrot recently. I forgot to turn on the exhaust fan one night. The humidity got up to 95% for 12 hours. That was enough to set off some budrot. I don't think the oscillating fan would have prevented this. So I'm still not going to use an oscillating fan.

Ever had leaf distortion due to too much air blowing on the leaves? Edit: oops, maybe this question was not for you as you don't use a fan inside the tent.

What is leaf distortion? I use 4 6" in a 5x5 with in & out line fans.
How do plants survive outside? Few tent fans will match natural wind.

They are loud and often malfunction, and the good ones are expensive
Just pick up $40 damaged box (It wasn't) when a friend tripped over/broke my old cheepo 25 buck 4" one, great fan, I have 2 in & out now, for all I know my mite issue might have enflamed when my inline was down for a week, who knows.
