@nightmarecreature I was in SD a few weeks ago with one of my boys and he busts out a jar of these Stanky ass buds... turns out its was some skywalker man i was in love with the smell and taste... i remember u talking about a sativa dom skywalker and yup it sure was... straight heady high clear but wow.... so ya i had to cop a cut.... and scored that original Fruity Pebbles not aliens FPOG but the original and a Tangie cut... rubbed them stem and it smells like skunky oranges kinda stoked on that cut.... BTYfaceoff x Tangie will b in the works....

Ya hitting that soil just right is a artistry for sure. Beds def. ease the blow with feeding and watering. But to not over do it at the right times is just as important as the feed being on point... and it looks like with this run you hit all the notes.

Yes Sir! Strain preservation is a must, I'm in it for the long haul and love OG to much to lose it. Glad to see you preserving yours and continuing the search. Propsjus tryn to give these girls a genetic boost preserve them @justblazen does a lot of backcrossing and i like that.... ive noticed some of these older ogs are losing there spunk... my boy in SD was telling some of the ogs hes been getting seemed watered down.... what i have been noticing a lot in LA dispensaries and their nuggs arent as frosty as mine im thinking these bastards are shaking most of the trichs off to make waxes shatter edibles and rolled kief buds and selling their 8ths for 40... fuk thats why i rarely bud from dispensaries anymore... when i buy top shelf im Expecting knockout high and quality shittt im totally disappointed... most of these growers are in it for the cash and jus pump out garbage to these med patients.... i spent $80 on a gram of wax and i wanted to go off on the peeps that sold me the wax Fuckn Garbage shit tasted like sucking on a gas pump hose at Valero.... and these cats are known....
@Twisted- Lol no doubt i was pissed they were outta white pipe cleaners so I just jazzzzzed that shit up. ha! Ya I do miss running coco beds and once i figured out the organic coco side it woulda been nice to try the OG's in em...but oh well can't complain about nice soil nugs. Never know may have to give coco a go again at some point. This last batch of soil i mixed i did straight soil and plants are not near as happy as the soil/promix batches.

Agreed! b-care cal/mag fixed that for sure. If your in the mood to hulkify your mix try adding 25% lava rock 25% perlite to the coco. the perlite will move from the middle of the coco to the top while, the lava rock is a little heavier and allows your soil to aerate easier. side by side might show success! always like hearing if it would work for other people.I've run organics in coco. I had magnesium deficiencies, I then added magnesium sulfate. Then I started getting Calcium deficiencies. I had to use Botanicare Cal/Mag with my organics for it to work. Im just giving you a heads up so you wont make the mistake I did.
I opted not to go with General Organics Cal/Mag. I have not used it but I hear people are having to use massive amounts of it and it gets expensive.

Shoot I smashed organic coco for almost a year before i went back to soil mixes. The key with feeding any base to a plant is only adding Cal. Bases have plenty of mag, having a good Cal source is all you need. By the time i finished with it BioBizz bloom, Calplex, and sea green were all they needed to make it...some hpk and kelp just topped em off. Really curious how they woulda been with added AACTs. Thats why I always have the itch! But hey thats what test tents are for...try out the same reg with new changes ive added...see how yield and quality are different vs soil mix.
Man she just consistently good smoke. Many have come and go but SFV is always some lemon candy flavored OG. I dont think shes the strongest OG but shes pleasant and tasty for sure. The HA this round did great too, im curious to see how the smoke compares- she def hung with the SFV in yield dept.
