I'm kind of over stuffingly tattered and Turkeyfedded and I got a yen for some spicy Thai from a local authentic Thai restaurant. Best way to sweat without doing any exercise is to eat spicy Thai food..its how I avoid working out and all that jogging shit and other sweaty work out stuff...get the same amount of sweat from just sitting and eating some good spicy Thai instead of all that jumping around, running, picking up heavy shit with reps, dancing around with that Richard Simmons guy on tape sweating in spandex to bad 60's pop music.., I skip all that, eat some Thai, sweat like a sweathog from it, and then no need for exercise I figure...do my healthy sweating from eating spicy Thai while then avoiding the pitfalls of working out to get a healthy sweating going...if you got to sweat, might as well do it in a nice restaurant with some hot sake on the side to aide the no work out sweating....you feel full and healthy afterwards....
