Till now the lights were 24hours. Now changed to 18/6You flipped to 12/12? I think whats best is if you slow down. I understand being eager to get things going but you're sabatoging yourself. You dont want to flip unhealthy plants.
I agree on the feed but i have to disagree on leaving them in those 5 gal buckets. Small plants in 5 gal of coco doesnt make sense. Especially with low wattage lights and a smaller space.
I agree with you and will change them to 10l bucket In two to three days. You flipped to 12/12? I think whats best is if you slow down. I understand being eager to get things going but you're sabatoging yourself. You dont want to flip unhealthy plants.

Ok when will the plants gain height?Keep going steady with what your doing, don't change a thing, and in a week you should see the shoots growing from the stem, the leaves you have already are not going to green up much, if at all, but the new leaves will be a sign that you are on the right road, just be patient and you'll be amazed by the results.

Oh boy 30 days:)Once they settle down, you have to get them feeding first, or the can't produce chlorophyll, which is what makes your leaves green, this is food, not the nuits, so a month from now and you should have trees. a couple of weeks to get them going, and a couple of weeks growth, I know a month seems a long time, but it will fly past, trust me. :)
I tried searching In the forums but didn't find any thing. Pls share your thoughts or a link that can be helpfulI want to build a flowering box(diy) any specification for it?
I am planning to build a 4' wide and 4'deep with 7ft height. All made from wood ply sheets.

Super buds you got there mate:)This is what I'm doing at the minute, helping out a friend, the flower space is 5ft long, 3 deep, and floor to ceiling high. https://www.thcfarmer.com/community/threads/small-grow-for-nubies.92631/
Boss I am going in 20l bucket with these 4 plants.I agree with you and will change them to 10l bucket In two to three days.
No doubt, just making sure you knew the respect was there. I know things can get misinterpreted in text easily. I agree about the roots but things turn around fast in coco. I just see that hes already not watering enough volume per watering and that means lots of dry coco. I think in the smaller pots he'll be able to keep them happier in the long run. Especially if he can get some beneficial bacteria going in the root zone.Yep, I understand how coco works, my only concern is more root damage when the plants are already weak, so it's a trade off between moving down size, or going with what the OP has already working, the plants won't need a lot of nuits at their size and colour, but in a weeks time they should be getting on. No argument dude, discussion, it's only a forum.
