Dirtbag is poopin in a tent!! ⛺ Adventures with the Spiderfarmer SF4000

Thanks dude. I must say, having my entire plant count of 50 plants, all in clones, and picking the nicest 16 really makes a big difference. There was about half of them that were really nice. They were all perfectly OK, but some were definitely stronger...

Thanks dude. I must say, having my entire plant count of 50 plants, all in clones, and picking the nicest 16 really makes a big difference. There was about half of them that were really nice. They were all perfectly OK, but some were definitely stronger looking than others. Fatter stems, more well rooted, more nodes, bigger greener leaves.
This is the first grow I've done in a few years where I've had the chance to do this and I think/hope the vigor i see in my keepers will translate to a vigorous grow cycle.
It really shows bro.. I rarely see clones that healthy and I don't mean the others are usually haggard. Butt those are extraordinarily healthy.

THESE guyz are the worst imo...Coconut Crabs! And they attack ppl, animals, etc...They're freakin' crazy! Smh...

I'm with you bro, I look for vigor. I look a little at leaf health, color, (like deep hunter green) structure, nodes, stretch, trichomes, and other attributes, but I'm always looking above and beyond for good vigor. Most all decent strains have some good pheno to isolate, I'm easy to please these days.

I want big healthy oily heavy resinous buds, that have bag appeal, with a profile that punches you in head. Couch, or no couch, it matters little to me, I'll collect them both. Fast flowering is a plus.

Not gonna lie... went right over my head... life of the vertically challenged. Yup that my excuse.

Can run a circuit to the grow area using 240v. That light and most grow equipment can run 240v that will reduce your amp usage by half and double what you

Frankly, if I did that for 25 years, I would not let some still wet jackstraw touch my panel. Forget 'code'. It changes but I doubt it's anything significant.
I don't know where you're at, but in some locations, houses wired before a certain point are exempt from the code.
For house wiring I know they have new rules on wire colour going to ground faults, arc faults, heating but basic wiring is the same I think.

I Initiated growing conditions in the nursery yesterday, added a circulation fan and lowered the lamps, and set RH to 60-65, temp is 78-80f.

Can already tell they like it. Blocks were over half dry today so they're now on daily dunks in the reservoir.

I will say this, the SF4000 did a great job of producing a very healthy mom by the time I took cuts. The health of these cuts tells me mom had a good level of Brix going on for a vented setup.

I'm stoked to see how the LEDs do in the flower room. No doubt everything will benefit from the blended spectrums of LED + HID, but im so far pretty happy with the level of plant health I was able to get with just the LED, once I started actually getting on top of things. I was pretty sidetracked at the beginning and it showed.

This will hopefully be my 2022 personal crop though, so it's all in with this one now.

Mom: "Its all fun and games till someone loses an eye!"

NOW you like pay attention. LOL 😂

This is what 3:33am feels like. Coming down softly off a wild mushroom trip with my 3 of my 4 favourite people in this world. I'm the last one standing, in my kitchen smoking a huge hash joint listening to this beautiful shit. While probably my best fiend in this life sleeps on my couch with my son's favourite childhood blanket. It's essentially the story of my life come full circle. ❤

Clones are marching right along and sarting to pick up speed, and really greening up. Still just feeding 0.7ec @ 5.7ph with a daily dip in nutrient solution. This weekend I'll get the room setup and at that point I'll start a new thread.

I've got to apologize to those I was going to send cuts too, it's just not going to happen this time unfortunately, I've just got far too much on my plate right now, but I will try to snag a few before I flip these. I should have a bit less going on in late Nov.
