Hey Cort FishWhistle recommended I contact you, that you might know about Riverside regs of how many plants a patient can grow. I'm from AZ and may be moving to Riverside co. Just across the boarder. I'm needing to know how many indoor plants I can grow outside of any city limits... Any help is appreciated.
