If I am lucky, I can get three hours at a stretch.Your just like me a night owl who can't sleep during normal hours.
Glad to get some good news confirming what you know so you can cope better with the situation. I think the pin was too small? They don't make 'em like they used to. May you and Marble go from strength to strength.Garden update. Topped the avocado last week and eventually I’ll either start another seed or look into grafting onto this one so it will hopefully fruit. The lisianthus is preparing to bloom again after her cutback months ago. She needs uppotting but it can’t happen yet. I have different colors I’d like to start growing as well in the new place (Indiana or Virginia, just waiting for my daughter to decide where she’s doing her PhD). The cannabis are much happier in their new pots as well. That little clone down right is the best I have ever grown and I’m hoping the two new babies I took root as easily. I need to switch the bigger plants to flower.
Health update. It’s taken a lifetime it seems, but I have received a dx of Classical Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It’s a genetic disorder of connective tissues (the collagen isn’t made right), and it leaves me (among other things) with hypermobile joints prone to injury and arthritis, vocal cord dysfunction, etc. One of the pins from my fusion in October is already visibly broken on x-ray. I get another opinion next week with an MGH specialist. They don’t really know at this point how they’re going to fix it. There was this relief and then grief when finally being told “you’re not crazy, it’s never been in your head, but we can’t do more than we already are for your pain or to reduce injury except for you to get stronger.” Maybe when i can comfortably walk a little better. I’m really tired and the moving process always stresses me but this is beyond stressed. And my sweet Marble is sick. I’m really hoping the vet has some good news for today.

The joints don’t have strong connective tissues so the added micromotions caused it. There’s only so big they can go thereGlad to get some good news confirming what you know so you can cope better with the situation. I think the pin was too small? Hang in there Amekins. Good to have an understanding of what is going on but it sucks to understand the long term of it.Garden update. Marble is thankfully now completely himself. His labs all looked good so we waited another day and that was enough.Hang in there Amekins. Good to have an understanding of what is going on but it sucks to understand the long term of it.

The kiddo will be starting her PhD program in the fall. My condo is in the process of selling and my offer for a home in Virginia has been accepted. So, within the next six weeks, I will be moving.
