Here's a shot or two of the Blackberry tray. She started showing a touch of PM. The branches are packed in there tooo tight and i need another fan. However, I sprayed the canopy with Green Cleaner and added 2 325 mg aspirin to the reservoir and the stuff has almost all gone away.

I just put 2 large LBL into the flower room tonight. I have high hopes for this girl

the Hippy Slayer is friggin huge. I'm going with full strength nutes this time. The last one I used 75% strength and the potency wasn't there like the first time i ran her. So she will be beat to hell again. Got a huge Nebraska DSD next to her. This is the last time i will run this Nebraska DSD. I like the Analog Cut so much better.

plants was a breeze to grow. Wasn't picky about anything the buds are tiny but i think that was me. AH has re-released its original Sensi line (non ph-perfect) and i have gallon jugs coming in this week. We'll see how that changes things. Anyone have any suggestions as to why the small buds?

plants smell like fresh oranges in an orange grove. Potency is on track as well. A gave some to a friend who absolutely loved it - said it had her giggling out of nowhere.

upcoming: I'll be running a top feed recircuating hydro tray of Wedding Cake and Wifi in .8 gallon smart pots filled with hydroton, fed with AN for now until i run out of AN, then Emerald Harvest. 40 gallon rez and 1/2 hp chiller to keep temps in range to keep the crud away.

The LA Confidential girls are due to come down friday. They're getting their flush as of yesterday. BTW, they're doing a great job of drinking up 5 liters a day or so.

Spent an amazing weekend in Colorado this weekend past. Saw both night of Dead and Company in Boulder. Such great shows but Friday was truly magical for me. I actually cried twice. I started seeing the Grateful Dead in 1988 so I know I missed a lot. But, I love em as much as any older head. When they broke out an acoustic Ripple last Friday night, it was like they kew i was there. My first show in 1988 was the only Ripple they played from 1980 til Jerry passed away. Then to opne the 2nd set they pulled out a great St Stephen (which John screwed up and had Bobby laughing, just like old times - made the song even better), jammed into Estimated Prophet and on into Eyes of the World. I cried again. Such a beautiful night.

Strawberry Diesel x 2 - 1 at 1 week 1 at 4.5 weeks.
Analog Cut Double Strawberry Diesel 1 at 1 week 1 at 4.5 week
Willy Jack x1
Kali Mist x 2
Acapulco Gold x 1 in dirt. this one is a crap shoot. I haven't flowered anything in dirt in a long time.


I've changed things up- a little bit as far as feeding. I was saturating the pots when feeding. Buds were ending up fluffy and small. So I am currently feeding no more than 3 liters per pot. The pot will be dry by the next day and then i and saturating more with plain RO water. The buds I am seeing this round look much much better. the Golden Pineapple did stretch a bit and looks similar to the LA plants i just took down but the buds look to be growing a bit more dense. I have also been skipping a feeding every so often and the plants, as you can see are liking it. It's not written in stone, but maybe after 2 feedings skip a feeding.

The Analog Cut of Double Strawberry Diesel and the Original Strawberry Diesel are nearly identical, as far as i can tell. Same structure and smell. She literally smells like fresh wild strawberries in the flower room at this point.

The Acapulco Gold is definitely not happy at this point. She just got a nice watering yesterday so she a bit pissed about that. All i have given her is a little sea bird guano at this pojnt. I do have a couple in coco in veg so if she turns into too much of a pain in the ass, the dirt girl will get tossed and replace because the coco girls look pretty happy.

I'm also adulting a bit more and taking notes on the grow. Everything i do to the plants is being typed out ona text file so i can follow back and see where things might have gone wrong or right, fingers crossed.

I'm taking more clones for the hydro project today. Wedding cake mainly. The Wifi is taking too log to root and i need to get this going for a harvest every 3 weeks.

Here's some shots from the flower room. The plants just received 2 waterings in a row. I thought the Strawberry Diesel's fan's looked a bit dark green. I don't want her overloaded on Nitrogen.The difference between this and previous grows is remarkable to me. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the bud development on both the Strawberry D and Analog's Cut of the DSD. A's cut is the last of the Strawberry D pics. What do you think, Mr Marmaduke?

The Acapulco Gold is plugging right along. Hasn't really responded to the change in light period though, it seems. So far, she's gotten a handful of minerals top-dressed on the dirt (Soil Mender's Planter II) and some Happy Frog Flowering Bulb slow release fertilizer and RO water.. She hasn't freaked out yet. I may toss her in a dark room for a few days to see if she'll put out some pistils. She going to get a haircut very soon

The Golden Pineapple has been crusiing along as well. I'm going to cut back on how much ntes shes get just a tad to see if that helps her along. She's putting out some nice golf balls btw. I want to see which way she wants to go.

Kali mist is lookin pretty happy too. I can't wait to smoke her. She is sooooo yummy in the mouth and mind.


Cloning is going slow these days. I'm going to throw something in the hydro pretty quick if the clones don't cooperate.

I'm not partaking these days, sadly. I need a real job and i've applied at a local hospital so i need to pee clean. Wish me luck

I've used this like 4 or 5 times. Worked every time. I just get anxiety having to conceal it though. If you ever use it I would get the XL version. Only hiccup I had was one technician tried to say there wasn't enough specimen in the vial.

just put 5 plants under the horizontal light in the flower room. I don't think these girls would like vegging another 3 1/2 weeks before flowering. The run after this one will be hydro.

fed the rest of flower tonight too. They Strawberry Diesel girls and Golden Pineapple that are further along will start their Overdrive with the next feeding, with the 2 Kali Mist girls a week and a half from now.

So here's some shots from the flower room

first up are the girls under the horizontal light. They got a haircut Sunday, .

next up is Strawberry Diesel. I'm very impressed with this girl so far. The biggest thing i am not doing is saturating the pots when i feed or water. 2 liters feed, 3 maybe water and the buds on this girl at 6 weeks are nice and hard. I can't wait to see them in 3 more weeks. These 2 girls (one is the Analog cut DSD,) got their first dose of Overdrive last night. That will continue for this week, then i drop the Bid Bud and continue with the OVerdrive, then plain water and Flawless Finish. This Flawless Finish has impressed the hell out of me. Might keep it around a while.

Kali mist is next. This girl needs longer veg time, but, again since i am not saturating the pots her buds are coming together nicely. I truly cannot wait to smoke her again. She has a cal def. I'm working on that

Golden Pineapple. This is got huge. She'd being weighted down by her buds though. I'm goign to have to be staking her up more. She has started to foxtail a bit so I'm cutting her butes back a bit. She'll get 2 waterings before I feed her again. She got her first OD last night too. I'm taking her at around 65 days, according to the breeder. Behind her is the Acapulco Gold. I'll get some lights off shots of her soon

I potted up a bunch of clones yesterday - Wedding Cake, Bubba Kush (Humboldt's version which is Bubba x OG, i think - the website changed it's description after i bought the seeds - it used to be Bubba x Bubba - so who knows) Grail, and I have a couple new moms of Kali Mist Elmer's Glue and Bubba.

the flower room is looking really good at the moment. The Acapulco Gold is going crazy. I swear the branches on this beast grow a foot or better per day. I may actually have to start trimming back some of the longer branches. But she's obviously healthy and putting out buds like crazy. Pics soon
