I see my " big tent' was 90x90cm with 300watt so makes sence.. thought it was bigger.

Ive done SOG twice now,, hassle to get new seeds, but i will make my own fem seeds next grow. I will have 3 tents if i get a new one, wondering if my small 60cm x 60cm that fits 4 plants with 7litre pots wil be enough to get atleast 40 seeds... 1 of the 4 plants will become a male so 3 plants with seeds.. or i could use a bigger tent to get seeds for several grows ahead.
Last grow a fem became a hermie and pollinated all my plants, and i would have hundreds of seeds if i had picked them all

But was wondering about light, as this tent is smaller then my other bigger tent, but it says recomended 1 400watt hps or 2x 200watt led. Thats more light then in my other 300watt tent.. shouldnt 1 200watt led be enough for this?

But it is 60x60cm ... would fit perfect in my 90x90 tent.. but my other light wouldnt be optimal for a 60 x 120 tent:/

Do you think 25cm is wide enough for a 60cm wide tent?

I don't know much about that particular light, hopefully someone with experience with it in a tent your size comes along. I might look up some reviews and see what people say.

It says in description what its suitable for
  • 150x90cm(vekstfasen)
  • 60x120cm(blomstringsfasen)
Thats exactly the size of tent for flower. Vekstfasen means vegphase. Blomstringsfase means flowering phase

I know some manufacturers stretch the truth of the capabilities of lights. I've seen plenty of lights marketed for 4x4 flowering but in reality they would do 3x3 at best.

My last post was without me knowing much info on the light. I did just look up some reviews and from what I see people think it's a solid 2x4 (60cm x 120cm) light. Mars hydro offers a full 2x4 grow tent kit that includes that light as well.

HerbalEdu has helped me alot, and when i look at the light he suggested its description on site says suitable flowering 90cm x 90cm which is my tent size. This site doesnt use fake watt marketing and stuff like that.

i have checked all the lights they have at sweettomat and yeah mars hydro TSL-2000 is the best option they have for a 120x60 tent.

it's really sad you have stupid custom taxs when ordering outside norway, else you would have a few more light to choose from ...

just out of curiosity did you try to type "growshop" in google, may be you'll find some other shop in norway than sweetomat that have some other lights and brands.

sweetomat was the only growshop i found in norway when googling from france.

The shop is suppose to be the best.. and they dont add any shippingcost when i order sacks of heavy soil compared to other shops ive looked at.. havnt looked specific at lights tho.. but i think that mars hydro light looked good for it. They suggested 2x 200watts led in description, but this long light covers thay area

200w to 400W is what usually recommended for a 2x4 300w being the sweet spot.

Lumatek 1000watt 2200 dollar so expensive. Id go for hps if i had size needing that watt😅

sf 2000 is 200w i have two of them for my 2x3 (90x60) tents it's a bit small for a 2x4

Size is 65cm long 25cm wide. The mars hydro 1 meter long 25cm wide

Both claims their perfect for 60x120cm tent.. but the long mats hydro seem safer🤔

But idk.. light spreads.. what would you take? You seem to always get 0.5g pr watt yield with it doung short sog grows?

i m doing up to 1gr/w and 400gr/m².

i have high hope you reach 300 400gr this time with the 3x3 tent. : )

Or no spider 2000 says 120 foot so different.. but 120 foot is 3.6 meters... must have written wrong :s

I can even fit 18 7litre pots in that tent, 2 more tjen the other.. but i got a bit more space between in the 90x90... anyways i wil prob dobble my yield. , just need a ton of water stashed there,, its scetshy enogh smuggling water into that shed with no1 seeing me😅

I did put them in flower abit to early if those low indicas was suppose to be 30cm. And i never clip of leaves blocking lower buds in the big tent as im doing in the small tent where i get better yield for what watt i got
