From these pics I'm seeing stuff other than a cal issue... Possible ph burn? R u having to adjust ph a lot? Where are these leaves off the plant from the top or bottom.. May just b some transplant shock as well if it's the bottom set. The second pic looks like more of a cal issue with the brown spots ... But the first one seems more of a burn

I would recommend running straight tap water if it's at 84 ppm... I just switched to tap 100% from ro and the plants r loving it ... Sounds like you have some good water to start with , low ppm anyway

i havent had to adjust the ph at all it started in the cloner they were in there kind of long i should have waited another week to put them in the cloner they are more towards the middle of the plant

with adding cal mag to?

84 is perfect from the tap for success...anything over 250-300ppm I like to r/o it down and add more nutes...my last place was 2600ppm right outta the tap so scrubbin was essential

My mountain water was 54ppm and it was perfect for hydro

Haven't run CS in a minute so I am not sure about the ppm thresholds like other nutes.

The actual water volume in your buckets is probably not 13 gallons, probably closer to 8-10 gallons, that's really all I was saying, if you mix as if there is 13 gallons in every bucket its to much, so if you mix your setup with 12 buckets and an epicenter so basically 13x13gallons or 169 total gallons, your mix is goin to be hot

so maybe i wil not ro the water should i just top off with ro or tap and i had mixed the nutes to 145 gal so i may have been a little hot and i mixed to what specs they gave me for there feeding schedule it actually says that they base it on water 100-150 ppm of tap so maybe ill just add .5 of cal mag to it thanks for any feedback i know you have been doing this awhile when i do add backs when do i wait to add back at the end of the week or when they drop enough my ppms started at 275 after i added all the chemicals in and another 100 ml of cal mag td

Roots r looking good man.. I would run your top off with tap water as well.. That way your helping to replenish cal and other traces minerals thru the week as they drink?. And I would do add backs as the ppm drops 50-100 ppm.. Which is every other day usually for me

about how much am i adding back in 1/2 of what i started with except for the uc roots or bump it up and see what they take say about 1 1/2 of what i started with or will there still be some in there left over

Add backs r all gonna b based off your system volume and what they have consumed.. For instance in my system roughly 100 gallons ...50 ml And b will bring it back up 50 -60 ppm... I am currently doing res changes every 7-10 days... Just have better results that way... I add uc roots every week 2ml per gallon... And only my base nutrient to bring ppm back to desired level throughout the week...I only add cal when doing res, changes now... They seem to get enough cal thru the week from my top off(tap water)

My ppms have t really dropped that much about 20 ppm overnight but my ph is at 6.4 should I brig it down or wait til it hits 6.5
