I hate taking pills of any kind but am forced to now and then if pain gets out of hand.One thing that was recommended to me a few months back was glucosamine chondroitin.It states that it is good for mobility,flexibility and renewal of cartilage.Like I said,I hate pills but was willing to give it a go even though they're the size of freaking horse tranquilizers.It's been about four months of two a day dosage and I have to admit it seems to have helped me quite a bit.I'll keep taking them as long as I keep feeling the benefits! ;)

Speaking of trimming...seem like I just finished and will be back at it again. Only one plant this time so no biggie. Have to flush my Wi Fi today..10 days out and can't wait to taste her. Haven't seen this much frost since I grew a Grape Stomper a couple of years ago. Other than that feeding my Chemdog #4 and watching the fricken wind blow. Hope all are having a good Valentines day. Hint: don't buy her a pair of waders...I tried that once. Candy or flowers works a lot better.
