Just finished and glad its over, for now.Trimming, and I woke up with stiff, sore shoulders. This ain't gonna be very fun.

I hate taking pills of any kind but am forced to now and then if pain gets out of hand.One thing that was recommended to me a few months back was glucosamine chondroitin.It states that it is good for mobility,flexibility and renewal of cartilage.Like I said,I hate pills but was willing to give it a go even though they're the size of freaking horse tranquilizers.It's been about four months of two a day dosage and I have to admit it seems to have helped me quite a bit.I'll keep taking them as long as I keep feeling the benefits! ;)Oh yeah.
