so i guess I'm going to go with a 1/3hp and a 20 gal rez, with 2 cool coils inline. chiller calls for roughly 250gph pump. what size should I use on the cool coils? I would assume somewhere around 300gph as much more would limit the transfer ability due to the lack of contact time...

they arent attached or connected in any way, hence why im trying to cool them with cool coils, which to my understanding the system would need a chiller with a pump and then a pump pumping the cooled water through the two cool coils no???

have two 75 gal rezs back to back that need to be cooled. There is also roughly another 25 gallons in each system Currently the water temp has been rising above 75 and obviously I would like to get that down to 68 or so. So far I'm thinking a 1/4hp and roughly a 50 gallon hooked up to two...

oh and BTW>.... the new system is dumb easy to clean.... only took an hour to drain all the buckets and shop vac out all the lines and lil bit of water left. then I let it cook for 5 hrs at like 110f.....then filled up with r/o and h202 @ 1ml/gal. ran for 24 hrs then did the transplant this...

well the deed is done..... I killed everything and took a fat round of sour bubble clone...... I replaced everything with 8 true og, 6 bubba D, and 2 sour bubble.... gonna be a blast..... dropped em straight into 10" net pots and put plastic cups over them to keep the humidity up...

well Im gonnna start fresh, I just dont feel good about these cuts. I'm thinking about throwing fresh cuts into 6" netpots of droton, then dropping those into the 10" 's once the are rooted out good.

nah dog it doesnt flood and drain. there is a set water level that is maintained in the lower portion of the buckets that is replaced via the top feed. pretty basic but not ebb n flow and its not that I'm not updating my journal anymore its that that shit is straight in overhaul mode...
