Nothing is as advertised with these guys and I hope people open there eyes to see there being lied too, it's all bullshit. Just imagine if we didn't have a platform to air our problems and put these guys on blast ?

Instead of just sending you a new light they will let you send your light to a repair shop and get it back geez what more can u ask for? Im just trolling man that shit must suck instead of receiving a replacement you gotta send your light to be repaired or they send you new parts to fix it your self? Haha id be highly pissed

Hello eastcoastjoe,if you have any problems with our light or service?could u please let me know?we are not the company who sell you lights,after that,we don't deal with the follow-up problems,actually,we are doing our best to solve,no matter it is about the light or service,we are always ears and figure out the way,about paper's light,actually,we have let paper ship the light to our repair center to be solved,i believe we can get it settled

Hi Pimp,let's do a math,we pay 25usd for each light to our repair guy,if the light is within our warranty period,we are also responsible for the shipping fee on both sides,about 40 usd or more , before all the things,we will ask if our customer can solder,if can,we will ship parts,if not,we will arrange the repair,we give our customer to choose the best and suitable way to fix the problem,and here is our new warranty too: you can take a look at it,i think every company has the point that our customer are not very satisfied with,your advice is also very helpful,we are trying,but don'w say the broken-hearted words,please see our efforts too,thank u for all of our customers' support and advice.
