Glad to be here and hope you have a safe thanksgiving. We got a pant load of snow to get us in the mood, lol. I like plowing so in my glory, plowing, puffing and pontificating, I'm also the best singer in my truck.

Lol i dont mind quiet woody it means less muppets mate.
So iv read hippies used to do this fermenting/pre-cut cure thing bak in the day then it evolved to how we cure now. But ya know what im like for tryin stuff lol. There is info out there but its quiet technical

Nope never hear of it, but will look around. You know anything about it. Glad you came over, it`s slow during the summer but picks up in the fall around here.
