Its from cutting leaves when trimming. Put a couple fan leaves in a jar for ten minutes, no smell. Now cut the leaves and wait ten minutes, smells like fresh cut lawn. Trim the petioles, the leaf stem, if you don’t want the hay smell.

Curious if anyone has used coffee for yellowing leaves

Germinated these guys nearly an inch deep in HappyFrog, no helmets! How many times have i had to help get the shell off and here there isnt even one laying around. Apparently the soil pulls it off when the seed is a little deeper.

Any tips? Daytime or lights out? Wet or dry? I’m going from solo cups to coffee cans, don’t judge. Some will end up inground, 5 gal buckets or felt bags.
