CANNA's official Terra schedule for soil, phase by phase, scaled to the water you're mixing. CANNA gives ranges, so the calculator shows the low and high end of each.

Notes from the chart

  • Amounts are mL per US gallon, from CANNA's US grow schedule.
  • EC is what the nutrients add (EC+), measured with water at 0.0. Add your own water's EC to get the total.
  • The changeover from 18 to 12 hours varies by strain. CANNA's rule of thumb is to change after 2 weeks.
  • Double CANNAZYM to 19 mL per gallon if you're reusing the medium. CANNABOOST is 8 mL per gallon as standard, up to 15 for extra flowering power.
  • In ripening, reduce the light hours if plants ripen too fast, and watch rising humidity.
  • CANNA says its guidelines aren't an iron law. Temperature, humidity, root volume and watering all change what plants need.

When do I switch from Terra Vega to Terra Flores?

CANNA says to switch when flowers begin to develop, usually 1 to 3 weeks after you change to 12 hours of light.

Why does CANNA give ranges?

CANNA's schedule is a guideline. The low end suits young or nutrient-sensitive plants and the high end suits hungry ones. Start in the middle and watch the leaf tips.

What does EC+ mean on the CANNA chart?

EC+ is what the nutrients add, measured with water at 0.0. Add your own water's EC to get the total your meter will read.
